The Antlers
Each
antler table is constructed of authentic,
shed antlers from wild, free-ranging elk and mule deer in the Sacramento Mountains of central
New Mexico. The antlers used by Antler Adventures are naturally shed by
elk and deer each year. The males "drop" their antlers each spring
before growing a new set during the summer. Antler Adventure’s artisans comb the
mountains each summer to collect these shed antlers for their custom pieces.
Due to the unique shapes of each antler, each antler table is immediately a custom original. A piece might be replicated, but it is impossible to be duplicated. All pieces were hand-crafted and created with great attention to detail. These heirloom-quality creations will provide decades of beauty and enjoyment.
The Tables
The tables shown on this page have been constructed using "rough" wood. Although tables of that style can still be crafted, the next generation of tables we are currently constructing will use fine-furniture quality wood and granite table tops on elk-antler bases. We are awaiting completion of multiple pieces in the near future. We are about to introduce antler furniture into upscale homes, not the hunting cabin.
The majority of high-end tables under construction are coffee and end tables, although dining-room tables will also be created. Several matching coffee/end table sets are also going to be completed. You are not going to believe the amazing woodwork! We have joined forces with some incredibly gifted woodworkers to be able to produce the best antler decor on the planet.
We are looking for retailers who are interested in carrying our antler products. Our goal is to manufacture and wholesale the pieces, not retail them. Wholesale prices for rough-wood tables range from $100 to $300 while the fine-furniture quality tables will start at $400.
